At WANZAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces are not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that sale items and innerwear are generally non-returnable.

  Submit Request

  Log into your WANZAR account to initiate a return request or contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and ship them back to our warehouse using a trackable courier service of your choice.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your package, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 working days and notify you via email.
